چکیده
Tea components (tea polyphenols, catechins, free amino acids, and caffeine) are the key factors affecting quality of green tea. This study aimed to relate biochemical substances in tea soil nutrient composition effectiveness fertilization. Seventy samples their corresponding plantation were randomly collected from Xinyang City, China. The caffeine examined, as well pH, nitrate (NO3--N), ammonium (NH4+-N), available phosphorus (AP), potassium (AK), organic matter (SOM). ordinary kriging was employed visualize spatial variation characteristic by ArcGIS. A quadratic regression model used analyze effects environment on results showed that pH area suitable for cultivating plants. relationship between polyphenols catechins presented U-shape curve, whereas NH4+-N inverted curve. Soil management measures could be implemented control improving quality. combination macro metrological with individual experimentation help detailed influence mechanisms environmental plant physiological processes.

Non-Genetic Factors that Affect Quality Grade of Fed Cattle
Quality grade of fed cattle is an important economic trait since approximately half of US fed cattle are marketed through value-based systems where carcasses are priced individually based on quality grade, yield grade and other factors. Quality grade of young cattle is primarily determined by marbling, a complex biological trait that has multiple controls and is not well understood. Once the ge...

Development of an environmental friendly and cost-effective process for microbial degradation of caffeine to non-toxic compounds are promising to solve the problems of physiochemical extraction of caffeine in the treatment the caffeine containing agro-industrial effluents. Thirteen bacterial strains, isolated from tea plantation soils in the north region of Iran, were screened to show their abi...

Absorption of the herbicide paraquat (1,1'-dimethyl-4,4'-bipyridinium) by mixer-loaders and spray operators on a Sri Lankan tea plantation was assessed over five consecutive days of spraying. Beginning on the day before spraying started and continuing for each of the five spraying days and for seven days after the last day of spraying, 24-hour urine samples were collected from each of the worke...
متن کاملDiversity and functional properties of acid-tolerant bacteria isolated from tea plantation soil of Assam
In this study, we report on the bacterial diversity and their functional properties prevalent in tea garden soils of Assam that have low pH (3.8-5.5). Culture-dependent studies and phospholipid fatty acid analysis revealed a high abundance of Gram-positive bacteria. Further, 70 acid-tolerant bacterial isolates characterized using a polyphasic taxonomy approach could be grouped to the genus Baci...
